Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními aspekty resocializace odsouzených. Vymezuje pojmy fenomenologie, etiologie a právní aspekty vztahující se k tomuto tématu. Cílem práce je zkoumat vliv a úspěšnost resocializace odsouzených v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, náhradního trestu a po propuštění z výkonu trestu. This bachelor thesis deals with current aspects of resocialization of convicts. Defines the concepts of phenomenology, etiology and legal aspects related to this topic.
