Abstract:
S ohledem na zadání je práce zaměřena především na českou právní úpravu ochrany veřejného zdraví. Stěžejním bodem jsou vybrané kapitoly z materie obou hlavních obecných předpisů a některé související právní pojmy a insituty. Následuje popis institucionálního zabezpečení a úprava ochrany veřejného zdraví na komunitární úrovni.
Abstract:
This dissertation deals with the guarantees of the health protection and its prevention. The dissertation is divided into nine chapters, each dealing with extra topic. Firstly, the author focused on the general introduction into the topic, where the key expressions are concerned.
