Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Role a spolupráce v projektovém týmu je zaměřena na identifikaci rolí a faktorů ovlivňujících spolupráci ve vybraném projektovém týmu. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové informace, jež jsou posléze uplatněny v praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřena především na zhodnocení stavu projektového řízení, spolupráce a faktorů ovlivňujících efektivitu spolupráce v týmu. Dále jsou identifikovány role v týmu a porovnány s výslednými rolemi Belbinova testu. Zjištění naznačují, že vhodné rozložení rolí v týmu může výrazně přispět k jeho úspěchu. Práce vymezuje klíčové prvky, které mohou mít taktéž nemalý vliv na efektivitu projektových týmů. Celý výzkum přispívá k lepšímu pochopení dynamiky týmové práce a poskytuje směr pro další výzkum v oblasti typologie týmových rolí podle R. Meredith Belbina.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis titled The Role and Collaboration in a Project Team focuses on the identification of roles and factors influencing collaboration within a selected project team. The theoretical part outlines key information that is then applied in the practical part. The practical part is primarily focused on the assessment of the project management, collaboration, and factors affecting the efficiency of team collaboration. Additionally, team roles are identified and compared with the resulting roles of the Belbin test. Findings suggest that a suitable distribution of roles in a team can significantly contribute to its success. The thesis defines key elements that can also have a significant impact on the effectiveness of project teams. The entire research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of teamwork and provides a direction for further research in the area of team role typology according to R. Meredith Belbin.
