Recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za cíl posoudit systém výběru a získávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, kterou je Sibom, s. r. o. Poté na základě poznatků a vytýčených cílů organizace navrhnout vhodný postup pro získávání a výběr zaměstnanců a následné příjímání pracovníků do pracovního poměru tak, aby byl vybraný kandidát co nejvhodnější. Pro získání primárních a sekundárních dat je použita metoda dotazování – rozhovor s vedením firmy a dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci a dále analýza interních dokumentů. V rámci návrhů jsou představeny základní doporučení, které by firma měla zahrnout do procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, a tak zajistit efektivní přijímání zaměstnanců do pracovního poměru. Celkové závěry jsou představeny dané organizaci a jejich možná implementace do procesu zhodnocena organizací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims to assess the system of selection and recruitment of employees in the selected organization, which is Sibom, s. r. o. Then, based on the findings and the set objectives of the organization, to propose a suitable procedure for recruitment and selection of employees and subsequent hiring of employees so that the selected candidate is as suitable as possible. To obtain primary and secondary data, the method of interviewing – interview with the management and questionnaire survey with the employees are used and analysis of internal documents. Suggestions are presented on the basic recommendations that a company should include in the recruitment and selection process to ensure effective recruitment. The overall conclusions are presented to the organization and their possible implementation in the process evaluated by the organization.
