Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a východisky evropské integrace. Jsou diskutovány pokusy o evropskou integraci v průběhu druhé světové války a je kladena otázka „Jak se může Evropa vyhnout dalším válkám“. Nově je řešena oblast mezinárodního trestního práva. This bachelor thesis is directed to the motivation and basis of european integration. Trials of european integration during WW 2. are discussed and the question is raised „How can Europe stay out of next wars.“ New solution is given in the area of international prosecution law.
