Abstract:

Jako svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybral Dokumenty v mezinárodním obchodním styku - jejich popis a typologie.Mým hlavním úkolem je popsat nejdůležitější dokumenty v mezinárodním obchodním styku.Proto v tomto dokumentu najdete všeobecný přehled používaných dokumentů jak pro celní a daňové účely, zde bych rád zmínil například obchodní fakturu, celní fakturu, balící nebo vážní list. Velmi důležitými dokumenty jsou dodací dokumenty a konosamenty a v neposlední řadě v mé práci naleznete popis platebních a zajišťovacích dokumentů, jako třeba dokumentární akreditiv, směnka, bankovní záruka, dokumentární inkaso.V souvislosti s mezinárodním obchodem jsou podstatnou součástí dokumenty pojišťovací a další dokumenty typu osvědčení devizové, osvědčení o jakosti, osvědčení o analýze dodávaného zboží, osvědčení o desinfekci, veterinární a zdravotní osvědčení a v neposlední řadě také osvědčení o technické a odborné způsobilosti.. V jiné části mé práce se zmiňuji o EDI Electronic data Interchange, Incoterm 2000 nebo zmínku o mezinárodní soudní arbitráži.

Abstract:

My bachelorś work is aimed at "The Dokuments in the international trade contacts - their description and typology. Beside this in my work there is a description of payment and custodial documents for example documentary certifications, drafts, a bank guarantee, a documentary encashment. In a conection with the international trade there are also involved insurance documents and documents as a foreign currency certifications, quality certifications, certifications about analysis of delivered goods, germicide certifications, veterinary and healthy certifications and in addition there are also cerifications of technical and special certification. In another part of my work a would like to remark EDI - Electronic data interchange, Incoterms 2000 or mention of of International Arbitration
