Abstract:
Ve své práci se díky mé dlouholeté praxi v advokátní kanceláři, která se specializuje převážně na trestní právo, pokouším srovnat vazební praxi českých soudů s judikaturou Ústavního soudu v této oblasti a navrhnout úpravy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
In my work, thanks to my long experience in the law firm, that specializes mainly in the criminal law, trying to Compare the practice of Czech courts coupling with the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in this area and propose modifications de lege ferenda.
