Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá samotným pojmom etika, jeho charakteristikou, objasnením významu a pojmu podnikateľská etika. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na etiku ako teoretickú kategóriu. Druhá kapitola analyzuje začiatky aplikácie podnikateľskej etiky v podnikaní, problémy ako aj porušovanie etických a morálnych noriem.
