Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekvalifikacemi a jejich přínosy z pohledu účastníků. Rekvalifikace jsou opatřením aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které se snaží prostřednictvím zvýšení kvalifikace o návrat účastníků na pracovní trh. This bachelor thesis is concerned with retraining programmes and their benefits from the point of view of the participants. The retraining programmes are provisions of the active employment policy, which use the increase in qualification of the return of the participants to the labour market.
