Předmětem předložené diplomové práce je návrh systému sledování výkonnosti dodavatelského řetězce v automobilovém průmyslu. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny metody měření výkonnosti dodavatelského řetězce a nejčastější problémy při jeho měření, dále jsou shrnuty základní charakteristiky automobilového průmyslu.
