Psychological analysis of the personality of sports manager
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled charakteristických osobnostních rysů manažera sportu. Dílčím cílem je postihnout rozdíly vybraných dimenzí osobnosti sportovního manažera ve vztahu k běžné populaci a identifikovat některé osobnostní rozdíly mezi manažery a manažerkami. Předpokladem pro uvedení těchto skutečností je práce s dotazníkem SPARO a testem temperamentu.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor work is to provide an overview of the characteristics of the personality traits of sports manager. The target isto find differences of selected dimensions of the personality of sports manager in relation to the general population and identify some personality differences between manager and manageress.
