Complaints from the Perspective of the Legislation and Practice
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem reklamací. Vysvětluje pojem slova „reklamace“, popisuje zákony a normy, v nichž je tato problematika popsána a studuje politiku vybraných společností při řešení reklamací. Cílem práce je na základě získaných informací porovnat přístup společností k reklamacím s minimálními legislativními požadavky a vyhodnotit současné trendy.
Abstract:
This bachelor work follows up studies of claims. It explains a concept of the word „claim“, it describes laws and norms, which contains this problematics and investigates a politics of chosen companies, which deal with claims. In according to gained information is to compare an approach of companies with claims to minimal legislative requirements and evaluate current trends.
