Foundation and Dissolution of Political Parties in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématem vzniku a zániku politických stran v České republice. Práce vycghází z právních norem, judikatury a je založena i na monografiích, sbornících a odborných i neodborných článcích. Pojednává o definicích politické strany, extremistických, radikálních a antisystémových politických straních, právní regulaci politických stran a její historii. Práce se věnuje nejen legislativě a judikatuře v České republice, ale pro srovnání i na Slovensku, v Německu a v Belgii.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issues of foundation and dissolution of political parties in the Czech republic. The entire work is based on legal regulations and judical cases and also draws on monographies, anthologies and magazines. It writes about the definitions of political party, extremist, radical and anti-system parties, legal regulation of political parties in the Czech Republic and history of legal regulation. It monitores the legislation and judicial decisions in the Czech Republic but also in Slovakia, Germany and Belgium.
