This bachelor thesis is focused on the problems connected to the classification system of the nusing diagnosis based on the NANDA II taxonomy. Theoretical part contains care process and development of the nursing diagnosis, human needs in the relation to the nursing care and also the development and problems of the taxonomy system NANDA II.
