Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pohlavní zneužití a trestnými činy příbuznými. Téma je rozebíráno jak z juristického, tak z kriminologického pohledu. V juristické části je rozebírán historický vývoj tohoto trestného činu, komparace české a zahraniční právní úpravy a analýza předchozí právní úpravy. Kriminologická část se zabývá pachatelem trestného činu pohlavní zneužití, obětí a následky daného trestného činu. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři problematiku trestného činu pohlavní zneužití a zamyslet se nad zlepšením prevence tohoto trestného činu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of sexual abuse and related criminal offenses. The theme is analyzed from both a legal and criminological perspective. The legal section discusses the historical development of this criminal offense, a comparison of Czech and foreign legal regulations, and an analysis of previous legal regulations. The criminological section focuses on the perpetrator of the sexual abuse crime, the victim, and the consequences of the crime. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the issue of the sexual abuse crime and to consider ways to improve the prevention of this criminal offense.
