Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat révu vinnou, zaměřit se na vinařské oblasti v ČR a zhodnotit vhodnost vín pro gastronomické účely. V práci je podrobně popsána také technologie výroby vína. Výsledkem práce je řada doporučení, zejména v oblasti vhodnosti použití vín z různých regionů ČR a jejich využití v gastronomii.
Abstract:
The ame of my Bachelor thesis is to define vine, with focus on vine aveas in CR and valve suitabi-lity of vines for gastronomy purposes. In my work in descvibed technology of vine production in detail. The results of my work are some recommendations about suitability of using vine from various areas in CR and their using in gastronomy.
