Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spotřeby kávy a spotřebního chování v Českérepublice v letech 1999 až 2017. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a vlastní část. Součástíteoretické části je literární rešerše, ve které je provedena deskripce teorie o chováníspotřebitele a kulturních zvyků ve spotřebě.
