The issue of netolism among members of the security forces

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje závislostem, především pojmu netolismus a jeho problematice u příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat příčiny a následky netolismu u příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a následné porovnání výsledků mezi dvěma vybranými sbory. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu, druhům netolismu, důsledkům a prevenci s léčbou. Práce se zaměřuje na dva bezpečnostní sbory a jejich příslušníky, u kterých se zkoumá jejich vztah k mobilním telefonům a internetu. V teoretické části práce jsou tyto dva sbory podrobněji popsány. Praktická část se zabývá sběrem dat a jejich vyhodnocení. Sběr dat byl proveden u příslušníků Policie ČR a příslušníků Vězeňské služby ČR. Data byla shromážděna pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na konci práce jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření, hypotézy a dále také výsledky hypotéz. Na konci práce se nacházejí navržená opatření, která vyplynula ze sběru dat.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is devoted to addictions, most notably the concept of Netolism and its issues among members of the security forces. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify the causes and consequences of Netolism in the members of the security forces and then compare the results between the two selected corps. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to defining the concept, types of Netolism, consequences and prevention with treatment. The work focuses on two security forces and their members who are being studied for their relationship to mobile phones and the internet. In the theoretical part of the work, these two choirs are described in more detail. The practical part deals with data collection and evaluation. The data collection was carried out on members of the Police of the Czech Republic and members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The data were collected using a questionnaire survey and at the end of the work the results of the investigation, hypotheses and also the results of hypotheses are presented. At the end of the work are the proposed measures that resulted from the data collection.
