Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání vývoje mezd ve firmě Koritensky a.s. v letech 2017–2020. První část bakalářské práce charakterizuje personální činnost, mzdy a pracovněprávní vztahy, které se opírají o odborné publikace a platné zákony. Popisuje základní pojmy související se mzdovou problematikou. Aplikační část v úvodu charakterizuje vybraný podnik, organizační strukturu, personální a mzdový systém. Následně se zabývá výpočtem mezd pěti vybraných zaměstnanců podniku a jejich komparace v různém časovém období. Sleduje vývoj vypočtených mezd a následně porovnává a popisuje změny, které v daném časovém období nastaly. Vývoj hrubých mezd vybraných zaměstnanců je dále porovnáván s průměrnými hrubými mzdami v Jihočeském kraji v daných letech. Poslední část se zaměřuje na zrušení superhrubé mzdy a její následný vliv na mzdu zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných skutečností doporučena možná zlepšení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of the wage development in the Koritensky Plc in 2017-2020. The first part of the thesis defines personnel activity, wages and employment relations that are based on the technical literature and valid laws. It defines the basic wage terminology. The empirical part starts with the description of the company, its organisation structure, personnel and wage system. It subsequently focuses on the calculation of wages of 5 selected employees of the company and their comparison in different time periods. It studies the development of calculated wages and then compares and describes changes which occured in the given period of time. The development of the studied gross wages is further compared to the average gross wages in the South Bohemian Region in particular years. The last part of the thesis focuses on the cancellation of super gross wages and its impact on the wages of employees. Based on the findings, possible solutions are presented at the end of the thesis.
