Fosfoinositidy jsou minoritní fosfolipidy obsažené v buněčných membránách, mají však velký podíl na fyziologickém fungování buněčných procesů a organel. Účastní se také signalizačních drah včetně signalizace B-buněčného receptoru (BCR) u B-lymfocytů a pomáhají tak zpracovat antigen v rámci imunologické synapse a v konečném výsledku na antigen odpovědět. Abstract:
Phosphoinositides are minor phospholipids contained in cell membranes, but they play a major role in the physiological functioning of cellular processes and organelles. They are also involved in signalling pathways including B-cell receptor (BCR) signalling in B-lymphocytes and thus help to process antigen through the immunological synapse and respond to the antigen in the end.
