Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojenosti provizních prodejců s cestovní kanceláři Čedok. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření vyhodnotit současný stav spokojenosti provizních prodejců a na základě výsledků navrhnout vhodná doporučení. The bachelor thesis deals with the satisfaction of commission sellers with the Čedok travel agency. The goal of the work is to evaluate the current state of satisfaction of commission salesmen through an online questionnaire survey and to propose appropriate recommendations based on the results.
