A manager at the Stage of an organizational transformation of a company

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci Manažer v období organizační transformace podniku orientované na management podniku, který prochází organizačními změnami, jsem se zaměřil na manažerské procesy a chování manažerů. Hlavními oblastmi jsou role manažerů, organizační struktury, změna autority při nutnosti udržení nepřetržitého chodu podniku. V teoretické části budou popsány obecné manažerské činnosti a teorie využitelné v oboru management. V praktické části budou popsány reálné situace z prostředí podniku, který prochází organizačními změnami od roku 2004 a má okolo 12 000 zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je zamyšlení nad prací manažera ve velkém podniku, který zajišťuje viditelnou nepřetržitou službu a jehož selhání či nedostatečně odvedená práce, produkt je ihned vidět.

Abstract:

I focused on managerial processes and behaviour of managers in my Bachelor’s thesis called the Manager in the Period of Company Organisational Transformation oriented on the corporate management undergoing organisational changes. The main areas of concern are roles of managers, organizational structures and the change in authority, while maintaining a continuous operation of the company. The theoretical part describes general managerial activities and theories utilisable in management. The practical part describes real situations from a company environment undergoing organisational changes since 2004 with approximately 12 000 employees. The goal of my thesis is to think over the work of a manager in a big company, who ensures a visible continuous service and whose failure or insufficiently perform work or product can be seen immediately.
