Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou průběhu reorganizace společnosti Arca Investments, a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit její průběh, tedy od doby, kdy byl úpadek zjištěn až po její řešení. Hlavními daty pro provedení analýzy byly veřejně dostupné informace zejména finanční výkazy, dokumenty dostupné v insolvenčním rejstříku (znalecké posudky, reorganizační plán a jiné). Závěr práce obsahuje vyhodnocení průběhu úpadku a postřehy, které nastaly v průběhu řešení úpadku. Následně je i vyhodnoceno finanční zdraví dlužníka.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of the reorganisation of Arca Investments, a.s. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate its course, i.e. from the time when the bankruptcy was detected to its resolution. The main data for the analysis were publicly available information, especially financial statements, documents available in the insolvency register (expert reports, reorganization plan, etc.). The paper concludes with an assessment of the bankruptcy process and insights that occurred during the resolution process. Subsequently, the financial health of the debtor.
