Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zdanění motorových vozidel, určených k podnikání, na území České republiky. V teoretické části je na úvod popsán daňový systém České republiky, dále je zde vymezena právní úprava silniční daně v České republice podle platného zákona ČNR č. 16/1993 Sb., o silniční dani. Následně je popsáno fungování mýtného systému a zpoplatnění silnic a dálnic v České republice. …more

This bachelor thesis analyzes the taxation of motor vehicles intended for business in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the tax system in the Czech Republic is described for introduction, then there are defined the rules of road tax in the Czech Republic under the current Act No. 16/1993 Coll., On road tax.
