Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá souběhem trestných činů. Jeho základními pojmy a druhy. Trestáním souběhu trestných činů. Druhy zásad, které se při souběhu používají a následně tresty souběhu, kterými jsou trest úhrnný a souhrnný. Cílem práce je objasnění pojmu a související problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with concurrent crimes. It is basic concepts and types. Punishment of concurrent crimes. Kinds of principles that are used in parallel and then overlapping penalties, which are cumulative and aggregate punishment. The aim is to clarify the concept of parallel and related issues.
