Diplomová práce je zaměřená na bonusy a benefity, které zaměstnavatelé nabízejí svým zaměstnancům jako nástroj motivace. První část popisuje pojem motivace, hodnocení zaměstnanců a systém odměňování. The diploma thesis is focused on the bonuses and benefits which the employer offers its employees as an instrument of motivation.
