Orthorexia nervosa and selected sporting activities
Abstract:
Práce představuje novou poruchu příjmu potravy s názvem ortorexie. Jedná se o posedlost zdravým stravováním, které přestává být zdraví prospěšné. V úvodu je zasazena do kontextu ostatních poruch příjmu potravy. Hlavní část se věnuje čistě této poruše a ve třetí části se zabývám ortorexií ve sportu. Na závěr je představen reálný případ gymnastky, která ortorexii podlehla.
Abstract:
The work represents a new eating disorder called orthorexia. It is the obsession of healthy eating, which ceases to be beneficial to health. At the beginning, it is placed in the context of other eating disorders. The main part deals with this disorder and in the third part we deal with orthorexia in sport. In conclusion is introduced the real case of the gymnast, who has succumbed to orthorexia.
