V této bakalářské práci se zabývám sestrojením elektrochemického enzymového biosenzoru vhodného pro stanovení kyseliny askorbové způsobem point-of-care. Biosenzor byl sestrojen imobilizací enzymu askorbát oxidázy na povrchu pracovní elektrody. Měřeným signálem byl proud generovaný při redukci kyslíku. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, biosensor suitable for the detection of ascorbic acid was constructed. Biosensor was prepared by immobilisation of the enzyme ascorbate – oxidase on the surface of the working electrode.
