Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků Policie České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část definuje pojmy jako emoce a motivace, komunikace, psychika, stres, syndrom vyhoření a seznamuje s Policií České republiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stress and burnout syndrome in members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines concepts such as emotions and motivation, communica-tion, psyche, stress, burnout syndrome and introduces the Police of the Czech Republic.
