Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem stravování dětí na vybraných základních školách okresu Hodonín. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní poznatky z výživy a provoz školní jídelny. Praktická část rozebírá jídelní lístky vybraných deseti základních škol okresu Hodonín a porovnává je s doporučeními vydanými Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. The thesis discuss theme of catering at selected primary schools in Hodonin region. The theoretical part focuses on the basic knowledge of nutrition and operation of school canteens. The practical part analyzes the menus of ten selected primary schools in the Hodonin region and compares them with the recommendations issued by the Ministry of school.
