The use of L-carnitine like food supplements
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti použití L-carnitinu jako aditiva potravinových doplňků. Zabývá se teorii aminokyselin a peptidů, výskytem a fyziologii L-carnitinu, jeho vlivem na lidské zdraví. Dále se věnuje výběru metod pro potencionální stanovení L-carnitinu.
Abstract:
The thesis present possibilities to use of L-carnitine as aditive of food supplements. It will be describe theory of aminoacids and peptids. It deal with occurence and physiology of L-carnitine its influence on humain health. Hereafter the thesis will focus on insert selection methods for its analysis.
