Abstract:
Diplomová práce s názvem "Inovační trendy vzdělání v oboru gastronomie" si klade za cíl optimalizovat výukové metody vzhledem k motivaci studentů v post kovidovém období. Práce pojednává o aplikaci navržených inovací do výuky gastronomických předmětů za pomocí výukových metod. The thesis titled "Innovative Trends in Gastronomy Education" aims to optimize teaching methods with regard to student motivation in the post-COVID era.
