Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem cytotoxicity šesti nově syntetizovaných terpenoidů, které by mohly do budoucna být použity jako potenciálně terapeutické látky. Pro testování cytotoxicity terpenoidů byly použity dvě nezávislé metody, test redukce tetrazoliové soli XTT a analýza buněk v reálném čase pomocí systému xCELLigence. This diploma thesis deals with the study of cytotoxicyty of six new synthesized terpenoids, which could be used in the future as potential therapeutic agent. To test the cytotoxic effect of terpenoids were used two different methods: tetrazolium salt (XTT) reduction assay and analysis of cell proliferation in real-time using the xCELLigence system.
