Důsledky těžby nerostných surovin na vybraných lokalitách Hřebečovského hřbetu

The consequences of mining at selected locations in the Hřebečovský ridge
Abstract:
Hřebečovský hřbet je jedinečný geomorfologický útvar v podobě kuesty. V minulosti zde byly dobývány významné žáruvzdorné jíly a nekvalitní černé uhlí. Dnes je těžba omezena pouze na jižní cíp, do lokality Březinka. Pozůstatkem hornictví jsou však četné antropogenní těžební útvary. Historii připomínají turistům i naučné stezky s důlní tématikou a technické památky.
Abstract:
Hřebečovský ridge is unique geomorphological formation in the form of cuesta. In the past there were mined significant refractory clays and low-quality coal. Today mining is limited to the southern tip, the location of Birkenau. However remainders of the mining are numerous anthropogenic mining formations.
