Darknets not only from the perspective of crime
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou prostředí Darknets, a to nejen z pohledu trestné činnosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se vážou k tomuto tématu. Dále práce informuje o zákonném i nezákonném užití Darknets. Výzkumná část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na povědomí veřejnosti o tomto prostředí.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the Darknet environment from multiple viewpoints, not only the ones concerning criminal activity. Basic terms which relate to this topic are defined in the theoretical segment. The thesis also informs us about both the legal and illegal use of the Darknet. The research segment contains a survey investigation aimed at the subconscious public awareness about this environment.
