Stress factors in the work of a kindergarten teacher

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický rámec. Pojednává o stresových faktorech, při-čemž cílovou skupinu představovaly učitelky mateřské školy ve Zlínském kraji. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři stěžejní kapitoly, kde jsme pojednávali o tom, jak stres ovlivňuje prožívání a chování jedince, jak můžeme stresu předcházet a také na osobnost učitelky, která je rozhodujícím faktorem při reakci na stres. Empirická část popisuje kvantitativní výzkum prováděný metodou dotazníku, kde je zjišťováno, co v učitelkách mateřské školy vyvolává stres a jak je mu předcházeno.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis has theoretically-empirical framework. It discusses stress factors, while the target group was represented by teachers in a kindergarten in the Zlín region. The theoreti-cal part is divided into three chapters, in which we have focused on how stress affects be-haviour and feelings of given individual, how we can prevent stress and also the personali-ty of a teacher who is the determining factor in response to stress. The empirical part de-scribes the quantitative research conducted by questionnaire, where it is determined what in kindergarten teachers causes stress and how to prevent it.
