Abstract:
Mnohočetný myelom je hematologická malignita, vyskytující se u starších věkových skupin. Je charakterizována akumulací plazmatických buněk v kostní dřeni. Mezi základní projevy patří anémie, bolesti kostí, hyperkalcémie, poškození ledvin a imunitní deficience. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma is a hematooncological disease occuring in the elderly. It is characterized by accumulation of plasma cells in the bone marrow. Clinically, the disease is characterized by anemia, bone pain, hypercalcemia, renal insufficiency and immune deficiency.
