Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uplatňování práv z odpovědnosti za vady v české a čínské právní úpravě a jejich komparací. Práce se věnuje nejprve zvlášť každé právní úpravě, její historii a společenskému kontextu, a poté jejich vzájemnému srovnání. This bachelor's thesis deals with the application of rights from liability for defects in the Czech and Chinese legislation and their comparisons. Firstly, work focuses particularly on the legislation, its history and social context, and then on a mutual comparison.
