Abstract:
Problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Systémy bonusů a odměňování. Aktuální trendy v oblasti benefitů. Charakteristika a deskripce systémů benefitů u vybraných společností. Popis systému odměňování. Analýza subjektů. Vzájemné porovnání systému benefitů. Porovnání systémů se současnými trendy. Návrhy a doporučení na změny v daných systémech.
Abstract:
Issues of employee benefits. Systems of bonuses and rewarding system. Current trends in fringe benefits. Characteristics and description of employee benefits systems in selected companies. Description of the remuneration system. Analysis of subjects. Comparison of benefits systems. Comparison with current trends. Suggestions and recommendations for changes to the existing systems.
