Market research fire extinguishers and their use in school facilities

Abstract:

Hasicí přístroje - věcné prostředky požární ochrany, které jsou povinnou výbavou každého školského zařízení a které jsou "prvním" pomocníkem v případě mimořádné události - požáru. Tomuto tématu je věnována diplomová práce, která mapuje aktuální trh hasicích přístrojů, přináší informace nejen o jeho druzích a typech, seznamuje s normativními požadavky jak na hasicí přístroje samotné, tak i na povinnosti školských zařízení v oblasti požární ochrany. Hasicí přístroj, který je věcným prostředkem požární ochrany vnímáme jaksi automaticky, setkáváme se s ním v každodenním životě a v podstatě při všech činnostech, které vykonáváme. Je součástí dopravních prostředků, které využíváme při cestování (autobusy, vlaky, letadla), je součástí budov, ve kterých trávíme čas (učením, prací, sportováním, nakupováním, relaxací a dalšími činnostmi). Ať vstoupíme do jakékoliv budovy za jakýmkoliv účelem, najdeme tam hasicí přístroj, který díky své rychlé dostupnosti oprávněně patří mezi nepostradatelné pomocníky v případě zahoření a počáteční fázi požáru. Nepodceňujme jeho důležitost a věnujme větší pozornost jeho vlastnostem a schopnostem. Buďme připraveni k jeho případnému použití a chraňme sebe i ostatní před požáry. Předcházejme nebezpečným situacím, které k založení požáru vedou, a buďme obezřetní při všech činnostech, které mohou požár způsobit. Nebuďme lhostejní k neštěstí a ztrátám, které požár dokáže způsobit. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy stávajícího stavu hasicích přístrojů, platné legislativy, norem a předpisů, vytvořit samostatný výukový materiál o hasicích přístrojích, který bude doplňkem pro příručku vydanou Ministerstvem vnitra České republiky, generálním ředitelstvím Hasičského záchranného sboru "Výchova a prevence v oblasti požární ochrany, která byla vydána v roce 2005, a to pro potřeby vzdělávání na středních školách.

Abstract:

Fire extinguishers - the means of fire protection, which are the mandatory equipment of every school facility and which are the "first" helper in case of an emergency - a fire. The diploma thesis deals with this topic. It maps the current fire extinguishers market, brings information not only about its sorts and types, it informs about the normative requirements for fire extinguishers themselves as well as the obligations of school facilities in the sphere of fire protection. The fire extinguisher, which is an effective means of fire protection, is perceived somehow automatically, we meet it in everyday life and basically in all the activities we perform. It is part of the means of transport we use when traveling (buses, trains, aircrafts), as well as part of buildings where we spend our time (learning, work, sport, shopping, relaxation and other activities). If we enter any building for any purpose, we find a fire extinguisher, which, due to its fast availability, is an indispensable helper in case of burning and the initial phase of a fire. Do not underestimate its importance and pay more attention to its characteristics and abilities. Be prepared for its possible use and protect ourselves and others from fires. Prevent dangerous situations that lead to fire, and be cautious about all activities that can cause a fire. Do not be indifferent to the misfortunes and losses that the fire can cause. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of fire extinguishers, valid legislation, standards and regulations, to create a separate teaching material on fire extinguishers, which will complement the handbook issued by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, the Directorate General of Fire Rescue Service "Education and fire prevention protection, which was issued in 2005, for the needs of secondary education.
