Chemical and morphological examination in renal diseases

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce blíže popisuje chemické a morfologické vyšetření moči u pacientů, kteří trpí onemocněním ledvin. Jsou popsány jednotlivé parametry vyšetření, možné patologické nálezy a také interference, které mohou způsobit špatnou interpretaci výsledků. V praktické části jsou oba typy vyšetření porovnány a je zhodnoceno, v kolika případech se výsledky jednotlivých vyšetření shodují nebo liší. Na základě vyhodnocení našich výsledků jsme usoudili, že morfologické vyšetření moči by mělo být i nadále zahrnuto mezi vyšetření u pacientů s podezřením na onemocnění ledvin, jelikož jsme prokázali, že některé patologické nálezy v močovém sedimentu chemické vyšetření nezjistilo.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes in more detail the chemical and morphological examination of patients suffering from kidney disease. The different parameters of the examination, possible pathological findings and also interferences that may cause misinterpretation of the results are described. In the practical part, the two types of examinations are compared and it is evaluated in how many cases the results of each examination agree or differ. Based on the evaluation of our results, we conclude that morphological examination of urine still should be included in the examination of patients with suspected renal disease, as we have shown that some pathological findings in the urinary sediment were not demonstrated by chemistry.
