Tato bakalářská práce blíže popisuje chemické a morfologické vyšetření moči u pacientů, kteří trpí onemocněním ledvin. Jsou popsány jednotlivé parametry vyšetření, možné patologické nálezy a také interference, které mohou způsobit špatnou interpretaci výsledků. This bachelor thesis describes in more detail the chemical and morphological examination of patients suffering from kidney disease. The different parameters of the examination, possible pathological findings and also interferences that may cause misinterpretation of the results are described.
