Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnout současné poznatky o úloze mobilních genetických elementů v evoluci patogenních druhů bakterií, zejména s ohledem na jejich podíl při vzniku nových kmenů se zvýšenou virulencí a kmenů rezistentních k antibiotikům. The goal of this bachelor work is to summarize knowledge about the role of mobile genetic elements in the evolution of pathogenic species of bacteria with respect to their contribution to development of new strains with an increased virulence and strains resistant to antibiotics.
