Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá svobodným přístupem k informacím, a to ve vztahu k veřejné správě. První část práce je část teoretická a věnuje se vymezením pojmů, okrajovým porovnáním přístupu informací ve světě a přehlednějšímu popisu zákonů týkajících se tohoto tématu v ČR.
