Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku postavení profesionálního sportovce v českém soukromém právu. Práce se věnuje analýze soukromoprávních předpisů dopadajících na činnost sportovce (v zásadě občanskému zákoníku a zákoníku práce) a judikatury s ní spojené. The thesis focuses on the status of the professional athlete in Czech private law. The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the private law regulations affecting the activities of the athlete (basically the Civil Code and the Labour Code) and the related case law.
