Vplyv finančnej krízy na reguláciu finančných trhov

Influence of financial crisis on financial markets regulation
Abstract:
In this work we focuse at principles applied on financial markets, as well as on main failure causes on the financial markets. Work analyzes beginning of the financial crisis in the USA and its spread across the Europe. Subsequently we summarize proposed functional and legislative modifications in regulation on financial markets on level of the European Union.
Abstract:
V práci sa sústredíme na ekonomické princípy aplikované na finančných trhoch, ako aj na hlavné príčiny zlyhania finančných trhov. Práca skúma počiatky finančnej krízy v USA a jej následné rozšírenie do Európy. Následne sumarizujeme navrhované funkčné a legislatívne zmeny v regulácii finančných trhov na úrovni Európskej únie.
