Abstract:
Saccharomyces cerevisiae je eukaryotní organizmus využívaný především v potravinářském průmyslu a slouží také jako důležitý modelový organizmus pro vědecké účely. Buňky pivovarských kvasinek mají elipsovitý tvar a tvoří hladké kolonie krémové barvy. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is an eukaryotic organism widely used in the food industry and as an important model organism for scientific purposes. Brewing yeast cells have an elliptical shape and form of smooth cream-colored colonies.
