Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozvoj úrovně pohybových schopností u dětí na 1.stupni základní školy formou atletických činností. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout pohybový program strukturovaných hodin tělesné výchovy se zaměřením na atletiku a snahou o rozvoj úrovně pohybových schopností.
