Czechoslovak Architecture between 1945 and 1989 in the Lessons of Aesthetic Education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Československá architektura v letech 1945-1989 v hodinách estetické výchovy“ pojednává o začlenění tématu československé architektury v letech 1945–1989 do výuky estetické výchovy na středních školách. Československá architektura v inkriminovaným časovém období a její ochrana je v současnosti jedním z kulturních a společenských témat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na vývoj československé architektury v letech 1945–1989. Následně se teoretická část věnuje estetické výchově, začlenění architektury v Rámcových vzdělávacích programech pro gymnázia a střední odborné školy a zastoupení tématu v učebnicích estetické výchovy pro střední školy. Praktická část práce předkládá návrh čtyř lekcí zaměřených na výuku několika aspektů československé architektury v letech 1945–1989. Jednotlivé lekce jsou koncipovány tak, aby propojovaly získané teoretické vědomosti s tvůrčí činností. Navrhované lekce jsou určeny zejména pro gymnázia a střední odborné školy se zaměřením na výtvarné umění a stavebnictví.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis thesis „Czechoslovak Architecture between 1945 and 1989 in the Lessons of Aesthetic Education“ deals with the possibility of integration of theme of Czechoslovak architecture between 1945 and 1989 in the lessons of aesthetic education. Czechoslovak architecture between 1945 and 1989 and its protection is currently one of the cultural and social issue. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the development of Czechoslovak architecture between 1945 and 1989. This part also focuses on aesthetic education, integration of architecture into the Framework Educational Programmes for secondary schools and represantion of the main theme in the textbooks of aesthetic education. The practical part introduces four lessons based on several important aspects of Czechoslovak architecture between 1945 and 1989. The lessons are designed to combine the acquired theoretical knowledge with creative activities. The lessons are designed mainly for high schools and secondary schools specialized in fine art and construction.
