Pupils' perception of the school environment on the first grade of primary school

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vnímání školního prostředí žáky prvního stupně základní školy“ je popis a analýza prostředí školy a jeho vlivů na žáky prvního stupně. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení pojmů školní prostředí, školní a třídní klima s přiblížením na faktory, které prostředí školy utváří a mají na žáky vliv. Druhá část pojednává o samotném výzkumu na konkrétní škole s využitím nástroje, který již byl v praxi ověřen. Výzkum je zaměřen na nejdůležitější prvky v prostředí školy a názory žáků na uvedené pojmy. Tato část cílí především na zjištění školního klimatu a spokojenosti žáků s prostředím školy. Jsou zde zahrnuty též reakce ředitele a učitelů školy na poskytnuté výsledky a jejich případné doporučení k dalšímu využití práce. Cílem práce je poskytnutí výsledků výzkumu řediteli školy jakožto zpětné vazby a poskytnutí informací o tom, jak žáci vnímají prostředí jeho školy.

Abstract:

Subject of Bachelor thesis „The Perception of the school environment by pupils of the first grades of elementary school" is a description and analysis of the school environment and its effects on the pupils of the first grade. The first part is focused on theoretical definition of the concepts of the school environment, school and classroom climate with the zooming in on the factors that the school environment shapes and have the students influence. The second part discusses about the research on the specific school using the tool, which has already been in practice verified. Research is focused on the most important elements in the school environment and pupils ' opinions on the concepts mentioned above. This section is targeted primarily on the findings of the school climate and satisfaction of pupils with the school environment. Here are included also the response of the director and teachers of the school on the provided results and any recommendations for further use of the work. The objective of this work is to provide research results to the school principal as a feedback and provide information about how students perceive the environment of his school.
